If you have a group of friends, work colleagues, clients or relatives, you can book on an *'exclusive use basis at Chalet Fan La Bise. *Exclusive use means you have the whole chalet at your disposal, all living areas and 4 bedrooms which include the private family suite (x4 singles or x2 singles + x1 double) with ensuite bathroom, quad room and double room, bathroom & WC, plus extra ground floor WC. The 'exclusive use' catered rate also offers you a group discount of up to £1,000. Plus you can choose your daily menus from our list of 16 and meal times. If your group is over 12 please contact us email as other rooms can be made available.

We aim to provide a more understanding friendly service for families, providing early kids meals and at hand entertainment in our dedicated 'kids zone' such as board games, DVD's, videos and playstation games. We also realise that taking the family on holiday is not a cheap option, so in view of this we offer a special family rate* which applies to two adults, and two children (14 years and under) sharing our family suite with their parents, a saving of up to £200.

Children under the age of 2 are required to share the parental room and a small charge of £50 will be made to cover cot laundry costs and food. We have car seats for all ages, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please advise us at the time of booking if you require the cot, highchair or car seat.

Food & drink
Breakfast: a hot dish of the day - such as pancakes, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge or breakfast ramkins etc. - a choice of cereals, toast, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juices are served every day from 7.30-9.00.
Afternoon tea (winter only): tea, coffee, squash for the kids, and delicious homemade cake from 4.00pm.
Evening meal: A home-cooked three course evening meal including wine, (except Wednesdays)*. Childrens meals (14 years and under) are just 2 courses and are served at 6.00/6.30pm or earlier if requested. The children’s meals are usually a two course version of the adult menu. Vegetarians or those with dietary requirements can be catered for, but information must be provided at the time of booking as to the extent of the requirements/allergies.
(* Wednesday night if the staff night off, so guests are invited to sample one of the fabulous nearby restaurants)

Transfers
A FREE transfer service to and from the chalet and Geneva airport is included within the price of your stay. If you book the chalet on an 'exclusive use' group catered basis please book the same or similar flight times for all group members. Please enquire regarding transfer times. Our standard transfer times are mid morning/early afternoon, however transfer times can be dictated by existing customer transfer times, so please check with us before you book your flights to ensure you can tke advantage of our FREE transfer service. If your flights are outside of our standard transfer times we will try to accommodate your flight times. However, if we cannot accommodate your times we will arrange your transfer with a private taxi firm at an extra expense to you.Transfers also possible from Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble or from Annecy train station.

In-resort transport
During your stay you will no doubt be undertaking some activities. We will provide transport in our private minibus or car to your pre-arranged lesson/activity meeting points FREE of charge during your stay. We will discuss and arrange these times, during your stay. However, you must be aware that collection at non pre-arranged times during the day or night, may not always be possible, but if we can help we will. During the winter and summer seasons, the local ski bus stops at the top of the private drive leading to the chalet and provides access to the town and alternative ski lifts which are not within walking or skiing distance. This service is not available if you have chossen the self drive option.

Advice and service
We can provide unlimited advice and share our experiences on many of the offered activities, to help you get the best of your holiday. We can arrange for lift passes to be available when you arrive and can supply you with ski/board and bike equipment on the premises. FREE guiding within the resort are also offered by your hosts for walkers, bikers, skiers or boarders of an intermediate+ level, but this is at their discretion.

We try to avoid charging single travelers an extra single supplement, but it is not always possible.Our catered chalet Fan La Bise is run on a room-sharing basis and single travelers are asked share a room if there is no other alternative. We will make sure they are single sex rooms.

We try our hardest to accommodate unusual flight times as much as possible. However, if your flight times are outside our normal transfer times and don't coincide with any existing airport drop off or pick times, your transfer may be supplied by an alternative company, who may charge you directly for their services. Please enquire at the time of booking, to avoid disappointment.

Chalet Fan La Bise is available for self catered rental (4 bedrooms, sleeps 10/12) throughout the year. We offer flexible change over days and length of stay, see below for our current self catered rental rates.

Chalet Pre-Fleuri Chalet offers accommodation in 3 apartments which can be booked individually or together to sleep from 2-22 people. The chalet/apartments are available to rent throughout the year. Arrival/departure days and length of stay (a minimum of 2 nights) are flexible. Please enquire for short stay, weekend and weekly rental rates

Chalet Sophia and Chalet Desgranges are available on a Saturday to Saturday 7 night stay basis throughout the year. Please enquire for prices.
