A catered stay at our lovely Chalet Fan La Bise is calculated on a per person, per night, per room basis, as the rooms vary in size and facilties. Take a look at our chalet plan and information for a guide to which rooms are suitable for you.

Please find below a guide to our winter catered stays for midweek short breaks (mw) of 3, 4 nights and 7 night stays, on per person (pp), per room (pr) or per week basis. Flexible stays from 2 to 14 days can be calculated from the per person per night (pppn) rate

Families and small groups can take advantage of our great rates for sharing the Family suite or Bunk room. Larger groups of up to 14 can book the whole chalet on an 'EXCLUSIVE USE' basis and benefit from our reasonable group rates.

7 night holiday bookings also recieve free airport transfers* to/from Geneva airport, and all other catered guests recieve a bonus of 10% OFF our airport tranfers service.

EXCLUSIVE USE means you have the whole chalet at your disposal, all living areas and bedrooms.
The 'exclusive use' catered rate also offers you the ability to choose your daily menus and meal times.

Children under the age of 2 can share the parental room for a small charge of £50 will be made to cover cot laundry costs and food. We have car seats for all ages, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you require the cot, highchair or car seat.

Food & drink
Breakfast: a hot dish of the day - such as pancakes, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge or breakfast ramkins etc. - a choice of cereals, toast, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juices are served every day from 7.30-9.00.
Afternoon tea (winter only): tea, coffee, squash for the kids, and delicious homemade cakes from 4.00pm.
Evening meal: A delicious home-cooked three course evening meal including wine, (except Wednesdays)*. Childrens meals (14 years and under) are available on request. The children’s meals are usually a two course version of the adult menu. Dietary information must be provided at the time of booking for Vegetarians or those with food allergies. (* Wednesday night if the staff night off)

Transfers
A FREE airport transfer service to and from Geneva airport is offered for guests staying 7 nights or more.
Please book the same or similar flight times for all group members. Our standard transfer times are mid morning/early afternoon, however transfer times can be dictated by existing customer transfer times, so please email before you book your flights. If your flights are outside of our standard transfer times we will try to accommodate your flight times. However, if we cannot accommodate your times we will arrange your transfer with a private taxi firm at an extra expense to you.

In-resort transport
As part of our catered service during the winter seson we offer a guest drop off and pick up at the beginning and end of the day. For any other times during the day the local ski provides access to the town and alternative ski lifts every 20 minutes

Advice and service
Your hosts are happy to offer advice on any of the activities available in La Clusaz, so you can get the best out of your holiday. We can also organise lessons and lift passes in advance and provide on-site ski equipment rental.
