The apartment is part of a recently renovated
traditional alpine chalet thought to be in the region of 200 years old!
Whilst sitting on the south-facing balcony you can enjoy unprecedented
views across the valley towards Mont Charvin (2409m), The Aiguille de
Manigod (2024m) and the Montagne de Sulens. The apartment also offers: off-road parking and secure storage for
ski’s, bikes etc, and telephone, fax and wi-fi internet connections
are available. Included in the hire price is a complimentary welcome
pack(bottle of wine, bread, milk and tea) and linen and towel hire. Manigod is truly a unique village in a beautiful location made
even more perfect by its close proximity to the resorts of La Clusaz
(132km pistes and 55 ski-lifts) and Le Grand Bornand (90km pistes and
39 ski-lifts). The stunning town of Annecy is 30mins away with it's
ancient town and lake where, in summer, it is possible to swim from
one of it’s beaches. Chamonix is a 1hr 30min drive. All year round, this area is a magnificent playground for all, old or young, big or small, there is so much to be discovered! Your booking will be secured when we have received a completed booking form and a deposit of £1,000 for a 7 night stay at peak periods, £500 formid or low peak period. The outstanding balance is due no less than eight weeks before the start of your stay, and a £250 breakages deposit will also be requested on arrival. This breakages deposit will be refunded after your stay, providing no significant damage has been caused. For bookings made within this eight-week period, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
